FAQ'S | Wild Flour Way Baking

A drop is our version of a pop-up bakery menu and is available only for a limited time.

Each drop includes:

Seasonal cookies (Cookie Boxes), Scones & Other Treats (Think Black Sesame Rice Krispies! Yum!)
Fan favorites / Best Sellers
Limited quantities based on what we can bake fresh

Wait for the menu to be announced.
We post upcoming drop details (menu + pickup info) on our Hotplate and Instagram.
Our Menu & Pre-orders open 7 - 10 days before pickup.
Place your order on Hotplate.
Choose your items, select your pickup time, and check out online. Pick-up address revealed once order is confirmed.
Pick up your treats in Grass Valley during your scheduled time.
All orders are baked fresh and packed for local pickup during the pickup window selected at check-out.

Drops are pre-order only (we do not have a daily storefront)
Quantities are limited and items may sell out. We recommend ordering when we open pre-orders!
Menus change every drop based on the season and availability

Wild Flour Way Baking is a licensed Cottage Food Operation based in downtown Grass Valley.

We sell our baked goods through Hotplate pre-order “drops” 1–2 times per month and local events.
