How Our Pre-Orders Work
Wild Flour Way Baking is a licensed Cottage Food Operation based in downtown Grass Valley.
We sell our baked goods through Hotplate pre-orders called "Drops” 1–2 times per month and local events.

How to Order

We share upcoming menus and pickup details on Hotplate and Instagram. -
Pre-orders open one to two weeks before pickup.
Check out the menu and see what we're baking! -
Place your order on Hotplate.
Choose your treats, select your pickup time, and check out online. The pickup address will be revealed once your order is confirmed. -
Pick up your treats in downtown Grass Valley!
Everything is baked fresh and packed for local pickup during your selected time window.
Important Notes

We are pre-order only (aside from local events)! We don't have a daily storefront, so all treats must be ordered in advance during our pre-order dates.

Limited quantities available. We bake in small batches (this is a one-woman show), so favorite treats may sell out before pre-orders close. We recommend ordering early!
